The Trainee Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC) plays a crucial role in supporting clinical trials from start to finish.

As a CRC trainee, you’ll be working closely with a leading Uro Andrologist, gaining direct insight into clinical research methodologies, data accuracy, and patient care standards.
If selected, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Managing the daily operations of clinical trials, from patient enrollment to data submission.
Recruiting, screening, and monitoring participants for ongoing studies.
Maintaining accurate study documentation and ensuring compliance with ethical and regulatory guidelines.
Acting as a communication bridge between investigators, clinical teams, and participants.
Ensuring patient safety, including reporting and documenting adverse events.
Assisting in managing budgets, invoices, and study-related communications.
Adhering to GCP (Good Clinical Practice), ICH guidelines, and hospital protocols throughout the study process.

Education: B.Pharm, M.Pharm, B.Sc, or M.Sc in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or Medical Research.
Must be a resident of Delhi (since the role is on-site at a hospital).

Excellent interpersonal, documentation, and communication skills.
